3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
Business accounts require valid business information and authorization

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You may not share your account credentials with others
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Voice Data and AI Consent

By using our voice services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Voice recordings will be processed by AI systems for service delivery
You have obtained necessary consent for any voice cloning activities
You will not use voice technology to deceive or defraud others
Voice data may be used to improve our AI models and services
You understand the limitations and potential errors of AI technology

6. Billing and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
Failed payments may result in service suspension

Credit System

Credits are consumed based on usage of AI and voice services
Credit costs are clearly displayed in your dashboard
Unused credits may expire at the end of billing periods
Additional credits can be purchased as needed

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing term.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
Service may be limited by third-party provider availability
We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

UseBotAI retains all rights to the platform, software, AI models, and related technology. You receive a limited license to use the service according to these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a license to process this data to provide our services. Voice recordings may be used to improve our AI models.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
AI technology may contain errors or inaccuracies
You use the service at your own risk
Some jurisdictions may not allow liability limitations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UseBotAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.

Effect of Termination

Access to the service will be immediately revoked
Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
Outstanding obligations will survive termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
